3. Project Timeline
The estimated total duration for this Web Designer engagement is 12 to 14 weeks from the date of contract signature. 5. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Algeria Algiers.

All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables (source code, design files, graphics) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.

The Web Designer team at PixelCraft Digital Studio reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at 15,000 DZD per round.

Any scope changes or additional features requested after the initial agreement will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.

PixelCraft Digital Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide content, approvals, or access credentials within the agreed timelines.

This project is governed by the laws of the Algerian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, trade secrets, and project details shared during the course of this engagement.
