4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Argentina Buenos Aires.
4.2 Revisions: The scope includes two (2) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at ARS $45,000 per hour, consistent with prevailing Web Designer rates in the region.
4.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final design files, source code, and digital assets become the exclusive property of the client. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio.
4.4 Cancellation: Should the client terminate the engagement prior to completion, a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining balance will apply, in addition to payment for all work already delivered.
4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the project, in compliance with Argentine commercial law.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Argentina Buenos Aires.
4.7 Taxes: All amounts are inclusive of VAT (IVA 21%) as required by the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP). The Web Designer will issue a Factura A or Factura B as applicable.
