This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of services, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of our senior Web Designer team to design, develop, and launch a fully functional e-commerce website for Harbour Point Retail Group. As a registered business operating in Australia Melbourne, we are committed to delivering world-class digital experiences that align with Australian consumer expectations, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and the competitive retail landscape of the Melbourne metropolitan region.

This Quotation Estimate is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Fair Trading Victoria guidelines. All pricing is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as applicable in Australia Melbourne. The figures presented herein are based on the project brief received on 28 May 2025 and the subsequent discovery workshop conducted at our office in the Melbourne CBD.

Back-End & E-Commerce Integration (Week 8–11): Integration with Shopify Plus (or client's preferred platform), payment gateway configuration (Stripe, PayPal), inventory management, and secure customer data handling compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Content Population & QA (Week 12): Population of up to 200 product listings, copywriting review, quality assurance testing across devices, and accessibility audit.
Launch & Post-Launch Support (Week 13–14): DNS configuration, SSL certificate installation, performance monitoring setup, staff training session (2 hours), and 30 days of complimentary post-launch bug-fix support.

This Quotation Estimate includes the following milestone-based payment structure. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date and are payable by bank transfer to our Australia Melbourne business account:

25% Deposit ($11,962.50): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
25% ($11,962.50): Due upon approval of final UI/UX designs (end of Week 5).
30% ($14,355.00): Due upon completion of development and entry into QA (end of Week 11).
20% ($9,570.00): Due upon successful website launch (end of Week 13).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to resource availability of our Web Designer team in Australia Melbourne.
All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (source code, design files, and documentation) shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full and final payment.
The Web Designer and Melbourne Digital Craft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the delivered website.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work beyond the included revision cycles will be quoted separately as a variation to this Quotation Estimate.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Melbourne.
Our Web Designer team will adhere to all applicable Australian data protection legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, stock photography licences, and platform subscription fees) are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be billed at cost with a 5% administration surcharge.
Client is responsible for providing all brand assets, product imagery, and copy content in a timely manner. Delays in client-provided materials may result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and the scope of Web Designer services described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties under the laws of Australia Melbourne.
