In accordance with standard commercial practice for Web Designer engagements in China Guangzhou, the total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in the following milestones:
- 30% Advance (156,300 CNY): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
- 40% Mid-Project (208,400 CNY): Due upon completion of UI Design approval and commencement of front-end development.
- 20% Pre-Launch (104,200 CNY): Due upon successful completion of QA testing and client sign-off on staging environment.
- 10% Final (52,100 CNY): Due within 14 days of production deployment and handover of all source files and documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Web Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Guangzhou.
- All intellectual property rights to the final website deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio.
- The Web Designer shall adhere to all applicable Chinese regulations, including the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law, and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
- Any scope changes requested by the client beyond the deliverables listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
