Payment Terms

1. 40% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, before the Web Designer commences work. Payable via bank transfer to our account at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo) or EcoBank, Kinshasa branch.
2. 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of design approval and before front-end development begins.
3. 20% Final Payment: Due upon successful deployment, client sign-off, and completion of the training session in Kinshasa.

Terms & Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted due to market fluctuations in DR Congo.
2. All Web Designer services will be performed by qualified professionals based in Kinshasa, DR Congo, ensuring local knowledge of the digital landscape, connectivity constraints, and user behavior in the region.
3. The client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) within five (5) business days of project kickoff. Delays in content delivery will extend the project timeline accordingly.
4. Two (2) rounds of design revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed at 350,000 CDF per round.
5. Our Web Designer guarantees that the final website will be fully responsive and functional on all major browsers and mobile devices commonly used in Kinshasa.
6. Intellectual property of the final website design transfers to the client upon full payment. Our agency retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include ongoing monthly maintenance beyond the 30-day support period. A separate maintenance agreement can be discussed upon request.
8. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kinshasa.
9. Force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or civil disturbances in DR Congo, may affect project timelines and will be addressed through mutual agreement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Web Designer services to be delivered in DR Congo Kinshasa. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties under the terms outlined above.
