In accordance with standard commercial practice in Germany Berlin, payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 11,084.85 gross) due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (EUR 14,779.80 gross) due upon approval of the final UI/UX design deliverables.
- 30% final payment (EUR 11,084.85 gross) due within 14 calendar days of successful website launch and handover.
All invoices shall be issued in accordance with §14 UStG. Payment is to be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details provided on each individual invoice. Late payments shall incur statutory interest at the rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate, as stipulated under §288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. It does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. Upon acceptance, the terms and conditions of PixelCraft Studio GmbH, registered at the Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg (HRB 123456 B), shall apply. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction at the courts of Berlin, Germany.
PixelCraft Studio GmbH, as the Web Designer provider, warrants that all work delivered under this Quotation Estimate shall be original, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and performed with the professional diligence expected of a Web Designer operating in the Germany Berlin market. A limited warranty period of twelve (12) months shall apply to all development deliverables, covering the correction of defects at no additional charge.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or used for any other purpose. Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our Web Designer project team.
