Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Web Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ghana Accra.
All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Digital Solutions Ltd., or in US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing Bank of Ghana exchange rate on the date of payment.
The Web Designer team reserves the right to request a maximum of two (2) revision cycles per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at GHS 1,500 per cycle.
Project timelines are contingent upon timely provision of content, assets, and approvals from the client. Delays in client response may extend the overall schedule proportionally.
Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, code, and deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
Our Web Designer services are subject to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. All client data will be handled in strict compliance with Ghanaian data privacy regulations.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or government-mandated closures in Ghana Accra, may affect project timelines. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
