In accordance with standard commercial practices in Iran Tehran, the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in three installments:

• 30% Advance Payment (78,600,000 IRR) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Discovery phase.
• 40% Progress Payment (104,800,000 IRR) – Due upon successful delivery and client approval of the UX/UI Design and Front-End Development milestones.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iran Tehran.
