In accordance with standard commercial practice in Italy Milan, this Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment schedule:
30% advance payment (EUR 8,838.90) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract. 40% milestone payment (EUR 11,785.20) upon approval of the high-fidelity UI designs. 30% final payment (EUR 8,838.90) upon successful deployment and handover of all source files. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN specified in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article 634 of the Italian Civil Code.
The estimated duration from contract signing to final launch is ten (10) working weeks. The Web Designer team will provide weekly progress reports every Friday via email. The timeline assumes timely client feedback within three (3) business days for each approval milestone. Any delays attributable to the client will extend the schedule proportionally, and this Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for the revised completion date.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Italy Milan digital services sector.
Revisions: The Web Designer scope includes two (2) rounds of design revisions per milestone. Additional revisions will be billed at EUR 150.00 per hour, subject to a minimum of two (2) hours.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design assets, source code, and documentation become the exclusive property of the client. The Web Designer studio retains the right to display the completed project in its professional portfolio.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Milano.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Web Designer services to be delivered in Italy Milan. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the duration of the project.
