- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Kyoto.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Sakura Digital Design Co., Ltd., Japan Kyoto. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- The Web Designer (Sakura Digital Design Co., Ltd.) retains full intellectual property rights to all design tools, proprietary code libraries, and methodologies. Upon full payment, all deliverables including source code, design files, and documentation shall be transferred to the client.
- Revisions are limited to two (2) rounds per phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the Web Designer's standard hourly rate of ¥15,000 per hour.
- This project is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Kyoto, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, client data, and project details shared during the engagement in Japan Kyoto.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes common to the Japan Kyoto region), government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
