This Quotation Estimate stipulates a two-phase payment structure to ensure mutual commitment and project momentum:
- Phase 1 – 50% (MYR 29,916.00): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff. This payment initiates the Discovery & Strategy phase and secures your project slot in our Web Designer team's schedule.
- Phase 2 – 50% (MYR 29,916.00): Due upon successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prior to final deployment to the production server.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Maybank (Account No. 5123-4567-8901) or via FPX online banking. All amounts are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes as stated above.
The estimated project duration for this Web Designer engagement is 10 to 12 weeks from the date of contract execution. The timeline is structured as follows:
