This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth collaboration between our Web Designer team and your organization:

30% Advance Payment (MAD 34,350.00) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
40% Progress Payment (MAD 45,800.00) – Due upon completion of UI/UX design approval and mid-development milestone.
30% Final Payment (MAD 34,350.00) – Due upon successful deployment and client sign-off.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch, or by certified cheque. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan tax regulations, including applicable VAT (TVA) at 20% where applicable.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
All work performed under this Quotation Estimate will be carried out by qualified Web Designer professionals based in our Morocco Casablanca office, ensuring direct communication and cultural alignment.
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, branding assets, and access credentials within five (5) business days of project commencement. Delays in client deliverables will extend the project timeline proportionally.
Two (2) rounds of design revisions are included in the Web Designer fee. Additional revision cycles will be billed at MAD 2,500.00 per round.
Intellectual property rights for all custom-designed assets transfer to the client upon full payment. Our Web Designer team retains the right to display the completed project in its professional portfolio.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, stock imagery), which will be quoted separately at cost.
Any scope changes beyond the originally agreed deliverables will require a formal change order and supplementary Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Web Designer services to be delivered in Morocco Casablanca. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
