Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon approval of the final visual design by the Web Designer’s client review, and 30% upon successful production deployment. All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days via bank transfer to the studio’s account at ING Bank N.V., Netherlands Amsterdam. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Dutch commercial law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates in the Netherlands Amsterdam digital services sector.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The Web Designer commits to a maximum of two revision cycles per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of €150.00 per hour.
