As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% deposit ($14,034.60 incl. GST) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Discovery Workshop.
- 40% progress payment ($18,712.80 incl. GST) due upon completion and client sign-off of the Visual UI Design phase.
- 30% final payment ($14,034.60 incl. GST) due upon final delivery, QA sign-off, and handover in New Zealand Wellington.
All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Late Payment of Debts Interest Act 1998.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Web Designer team may be subject to revision.
- All work produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the sole intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment.
- The Web Designer (Pacific Digital Studio Ltd) reserves the right to use anonymised project case studies for portfolio purposes, subject to written consent from the client.
- Any changes to the agreed scope beyond ten percent (10%) of the total estimated hours will require a written variation to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal or the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand.
- Our Web Designer team will operate in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and all applicable data protection obligations.
- On-site meetings in New Zealand Wellington will be conducted at the client's premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
