The estimated duration for this Web Designer project is 10 weeks from the date of contract execution. All on-site activities, including discovery workshops, design reviews, and training sessions, will be conducted at the client's premises in Miraflores, Peru Lima, or at our studio in San Isidro, Peru Lima, as mutually agreed. The timeline is subject to timely feedback from the client (maximum 3 business days per review cycle) to avoid schedule delays.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions in Peru Lima.
- All intellectual property rights to the final Web Designer deliverables (source code, design files, and documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount specified in this document.
- The Web Designer firm reserves the right to request a minimum of two (2) revision rounds per design phase. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of PEN 350.00 per hour.
- Any scope changes requested by the client after the initial project brief will be documented in a formal Change Order and may affect the total cost and timeline of this Quotation Estimate.
- The 90-day post-launch support period covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and server monitoring. It does not include new feature development or major redesigns.
- All services are governed by the Peruvian Civil Code and applicable commercial regulations. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Peru Lima, Callao, or through binding arbitration as per the rules of the Peruvian Chamber of Commerce.
- The client acknowledges that the Web Designer will use standard industry tools and frameworks. No proprietary or licensed third-party software is included in this estimate unless explicitly stated.
