35% (PHP 213,640.00) – Due upon completion of the UX/UI Design phase and client approval of final mockups.
25% (PHP 152,600.00) – Due upon successful deployment and handover of all source files, credentials, and documentation.

Payments may be made via bank transfer to DigitalCraft Studio's BDO account (Account No. 1234-5678-901) or through post-dated checks. A 1.5% monthly surcharge applies to overdue balances.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions for Web Designer services in Philippines Manila.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including source code, design assets, and documentation, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
The Web Designer team shall provide a minimum of two (2) revision cycles per design phase. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at PHP 5,000.00 per hour.
Project timelines are contingent upon timely client feedback. Delays in client approval exceeding five (5) business days per phase will result in a proportional extension of the project schedule.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs (e.g., premium plugins, stock imagery, font licenses) unless explicitly stated. Such costs will be itemized separately upon request.
Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this engagement through amicable negotiation. Should resolution be unattainable, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the City of Manila, Philippines.
Confidentiality: All proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer only upon written acceptance by both parties and execution of the formal Service Agreement.
