6. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
All intellectual property rights to the final Web Designer deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
Our Web Designer team reserves the right to request additional time if the client delays feedback beyond 5 business days at any milestone.
Any additional pages, features, or design revisions beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at QAR 1,200 per hour.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar Doha.
