Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, which is standard practice for Web Designer engagements in Russia Moscow:

2. The Web Designer services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) between the parties. In the event of a conflict, the MSA shall prevail.
