This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Digital Studio Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for professional Web Designer services to be delivered to a client based in Singapore Singapore. The scope encompasses the complete design, development, and deployment of a responsive, modern website tailored to the client's business objectives. All work will be conducted in accordance with Singapore's digital standards, accessibility guidelines, and data protection regulations as governed by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
Our Web Designer team will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery workshops held at our office in Singapore Singapore, through iterative design sprints, to final deployment and post-launch support. The client will have full ownership of all design assets, source code, and intellectual property upon final payment.

- 30% Deposit (SGD 11,543.10) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Web Designer project.
- 40% Milestone Payment (SGD 15,390.80) due upon approval of the final UI/Visual Design phase.
- 30% Final Payment (SGD 11,543.10) due upon successful deployment and handover in Singapore Singapore.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to our Singapore Singapore account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with IRAS e-invoicing guidelines.
- Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month as stipulated under Singapore Singapore commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Web Designer services may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- The Web Designer team reserves the right to request additional fees for scope changes exceeding 15% of the originally agreed deliverables. Any such changes will be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
- All intellectual property, including but not limited to design files, source code, and documentation, shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. Until such time, PixelCraft Digital Studio Pte. Ltd. retains ownership.
- The Web Designer engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data exchanged during the course of the Web Designer project in Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as a good-faith estimate of costs and timelines.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics affecting operations in Singapore Singapore.
