In accordance with the terms set out in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Deposit (R 32,400.00): Due upon acceptance of this quotation to secure your project slot in our Web Designer team's schedule.
- 40% Mid-Project (R 43,200.00): Due upon approval of the visual UI design phase (end of Week 4).
- 30% Final Balance (R 32,400.00): Due upon successful deployment and sign-off (end of Week 9).
All payments are to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account of Atlantic Digital Studio (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa Cape Town. Invoices will be issued in accordance with South African tax law. A 1.5% per month late payment interest will apply to any outstanding balances beyond 14 days of the invoice due date.
The estimated total project duration is nine (9) weeks from the date of the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Timelines are contingent upon timely client feedback (within 3 business days of each deliverable submission). Delays in client response may proportionally extend the completion date. Our Web Designer team in South Africa Cape Town operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST, and will provide weekly progress reports every Friday afternoon.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to resource allocation or market adjustments.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment in full.
- Our Web Designer team retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio, subject to the client's written consent.
- Any work requested beyond the scope defined in Section 2 will be quoted separately as a change order and requires written approval before commencement.
