This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth and transparent financial process:

30% Deposit (R 49,162.50): Due upon acceptance of this quotation to commence the Discovery phase.
40% Progress Payment (R 65,550.00): Due upon approval of the UI Design deliverables (Item 03).
30% Final Payment (R 49,162.50): Due upon successful deployment and sign-off (Item 08).

All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to our FNB business account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with South African tax regulations. A 1.5% monthly interest will be applied to overdue balances as per the National Credit Act.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to resource availability and market conditions in the South Africa Johannesburg digital services sector.
All intellectual property rights to the final delivered website design, code, and assets shall transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment in full.
Our Web Designer team reserves the right to request additional fees for any scope changes or additional features not explicitly listed in this document. Such changes will be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
The project timeline of approximately twelve (12) weeks is contingent upon timely client feedback. Delays in client approvals beyond five (5) business days per milestone will extend the timeline proportionally.
CreativePixel Web Solutions (Pty) Ltd is registered in South Africa Johannesburg and operates in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 2013. All client data will be handled in strict accordance with this legislation.
This quotation does not include third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting fees, stock photography licensing, or premium plugin subscriptions, which will be quoted separately if required.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
