- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Spain Barcelona digital services sector.

- Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes two (2) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in the line items above.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design assets, source code, and deliverables produced by our Web Designer team become the exclusive property of the client. Barcelona Digital Studio S.L. retains the right to display the project in its professional portfolio.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure failures affecting the Spain Barcelona region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
