This Quotation Estimate is issued by Digital Creativa Madrid S.L., a registered Web Designer firm operating in Madrid, Spain, to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the design, development, and deployment of a corporate website for Grupo Comercial Ibérico S.A. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to market conditions in the Madrid digital services sector.
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include 21% IVA as per current Spanish tax legislation. Should the client be a VAT-registered entity in another EU member state, the reverse charge mechanism will apply and IVA will be excluded from the invoice.
- The Web Designer firm reserves the right to adjust the project timeline by up to five (5) business days in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to public holidays in the Community of Madrid.
- Intellectual property of all final deliverables (source code, design files, documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate, to be approved by both parties before implementation.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Web Designer firm carries professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of € 1,000,000, as required for digital services providers operating in Spain.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information exchanged during the course of this project, in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
