- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All Web Designer services described herein shall be performed by qualified professionals employed by CMB Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, operating from their registered office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary content, branding assets, and access credentials within five (5) working days of project commencement. Delays in client-side deliverables will extend the project timeline proportionally.
- Three (3) rounds of design revisions are included. Additional revision cycles beyond the agreed scope will be billed at LKR 45,000 per round as a supplementary Web Designer service charge.
- Intellectual property of all final design files, source code, and documentation shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or infrastructure failures in Sri Lanka Colombo, may affect project timelines. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
