This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following milestone-based payment plan to ensure transparency and mutual commitment:

30% Advance Payment (TZS 7,805,700): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This initiates the Web Designer discovery phase.
40% Mid-Project Payment (TZS 10,407,600): Due upon approval of the final UI/UX design mockups and completion of front-end development.
30% Final Payment (TZS 7,805,700): Due upon successful deployment, client sign-off, and handover of all source files and documentation.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at NMB Bank, Tanzania Dar es Salaam branch, or through M-Pesa Business for amounts under TZS 5,000,000. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) requirements.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
The Web Designer team reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable at no additional cost. Additional revision cycles will be billed at TZS 350,000 per round.
All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and content transfer to the client upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the project in their portfolio with client consent.
Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback. Delays in content provision or approval from the client side will extend the schedule proportionally.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs (e.g., premium plugins, stock imagery, or domain registration fees), which will be quoted separately.
Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiation in Tanzania Dar es Salaam before resorting to formal legal proceedings under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Confidentiality: All business information shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential by the Web Designer and DigitalCraft Web Solutions Ltd.
