Payment Schedule

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
All payments are due in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to our Bangkok office account. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% processing surcharge.
The Web Designer team reserves the right to request additional fees for scope changes exceeding 15% of the originally agreed deliverables. Any such changes will be documented in a supplementary quotation before work commences.
Intellectual property for all custom design assets, source code, and documentation transfers to the client upon full payment of the final invoice.
Our Web Designer team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ICT, Bangkok time). Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical production issues during the 30-day launch support window.
All project communications, meetings, and on-site visits will take place at our office in Khlong Toei, Thailand Bangkok, or via scheduled video conference at the client's convenience.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, as commonly observed in the Thailand Bangkok region.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
