All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is applied at the current UK rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Deposit: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (£6,912.00 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance to secure the project slot and commence work.
- Milestone Payment 1: 30% (£6,912.00 incl. VAT) due upon approval of the UI Design phase (Item 03).
- Milestone Payment 2: 30% (&pong;6,912.00 incl. VAT) due upon completion of development and QA (Items 04–07).
- Final Payment: 10% (£2,304.00 incl. VAT) due upon final deployment and handover (Item 08).
- All invoices are payable within 14 days of issue via BACS bank transfer to our Birmingham, United Kingdom account. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
- The Web Designer services described herein are subject to the standard terms of engagement set out in our Master Service Agreement, a copy of which will be provided upon acceptance.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. PixelForge Digital Studio Ltd retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work beyond the included revision rounds will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- PixelForge Digital Studio Ltd carries Professional Indemnity Insurance of £5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of £10,000,000, both valid throughout the United Kingdom.
- The project timeline outlined in this Quotation Estimate assumes timely provision of content, assets, and feedback from the client. Delays attributable to the client will result in a proportional extension of the schedule.
