All figures are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry.
- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northgate Digital Solutions Ltd, a Web Designer company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09876543), with its principal place of business in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design phase (Item 03), and 30% upon successful deployment (Item 08). All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue by BACS transfer to our United Kingdom Manchester bank account.
- The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source code, design assets, and documentation until final payment has been received in full. Upon clearance of the outstanding balance, all rights transfer to the client.
- Any work requested beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation order and additional charges at the Web Designer's prevailing daily rate.
- The Web Designer will comply with all applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, throughout the engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The governing law for this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be the law of England and Wales.
- Project timeline is estimated at approximately sixteen (16) weeks from the date of acceptance, subject to timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays attributable to the client will extend the schedule accordingly.
- The Web Designer will carry professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 for the duration of the project.
