- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in exchange rates, hosting costs, or the Web Designer's operational expenses in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment Schedule: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 30% upon completion of the design phase, and 30% upon successful go-live. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to Chiedza Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Stanbic Bank, Harare Branch.
- Revisions: The Web Designer includes three (3) rounds of revisions at each major milestone (wireframe, design, development). Additional revision cycles will be billed at $150 per hour.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all source code, design files, and digital assets become the sole property of the client. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their portfolio.
- Timeline: The estimated project duration is ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks from the date of the signed purchase order, subject to timely client feedback and content delivery.
- Warranty: The Web Designer provides a ninety (90) day defect warranty from the go-live date. This covers bugs and functional errors but excludes content changes or new feature requests.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Zimbabwe Harare or by mutual arbitration.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to national internet outages, power supply disruptions (load-shedding), or government regulatory changes in Zimbabwe.
