1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate for welder services is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue (15 June 2025 to 15 July 2025). Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires for welding materials and labor.
2. Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the service contract; 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope; 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all quality documentation. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's account in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Invoices shall be issued in compliance with Argentine tax regulations (AFIP).
3. Project Duration: The estimated duration for all welder services described in this Quotation Estimate is 45 working days, commencing from the date of the formal work order issued by the client. Delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions in Buenos Aires, or client-directed changes shall extend the timeline proportionally.
4. Welder Qualifications: All welders assigned to this project shall hold valid IRAM ISO 9606-1 certifications appropriate to the welding processes and material thicknesses specified. Certificates shall be presented to the client's site engineer prior to commencement of work. The provider guarantees a minimum of 5 years of professional welding experience per assigned welder.
5. Health, Safety & Environment: All welding operations shall be conducted in accordance with Argentine Law 19.587 (Occupational Risk), the Buenos Aires municipal environmental regulations, and the provider's internal HSE management system. All welders shall wear appropriate PPE including welding helmets, leather gloves, flame-resistant clothing, and respiratory protection. Fume extraction shall be provided at all welding stations.
6. Warranty: The provider warrants all welder work for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in weld quality (porosity, cracks, incomplete fusion, undercut exceeding 0.5 mm) discovered within this warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the commercial courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
8. Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include structural steel fabrication (cutting, forming, drilling), painting or anti-corrosion coating, transportation of finished components, or any civil works. These items may be quoted separately upon request.
