3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs, labour availability, or changes in Australia Sydney industrial wage rates.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. A 15% deposit is required prior to mobilisation of the Welder team to the project site. Progress payments will be issued fortnightly based on completed work verified by the site supervisor.
