3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Welder services in Bangladesh Dhaka is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs, fuel surcharges, or changes in the Bangladeshi Taka exchange rate.

3.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the Welder fabrication work, and the remaining 30% upon final inspection, NDT clearance, and handover at the Bangladesh Dhaka project site.

3.3 Mobilization: The Welder team and all associated equipment will be mobilized to the Bangladesh Dhaka site within seven (7) working days of receiving the advance payment and signed work order.

3.4 Project Duration: The estimated duration for completion of all Welder services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is three (3) calendar months, subject to weather conditions, client-side readiness, and any unforeseen delays in Bangladesh Dhaka.

3.5 Warranty: All welded joints and fabricated structures will carry a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in the Welder workmanship identified within this period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.

3.6 Compliance: All Welder personnel deployed in Bangladesh Dhaka will hold valid certifications from the Bangladesh Welding Council (BWC) or equivalent internationally recognized bodies. 3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Bangladesh Dhaka.

3.8 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001, with the seat of arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
