1. Scope of Work – Welder Services in Canada TorontoThis Quotation Estimate is prepared by Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. to provide comprehensive Welder services for the structural steel fabrication and repair project located in Canada Toronto. Our certified Welder team will be deployed to the client's facility at 890 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, Ontario, to perform all welding operations in accordance with Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards, CSA W178 (Design and Fabrication of Steel Structures), and applicable Ontario Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
The Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid CWB certifications in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) processes. All Welder operations will be conducted in compliance with the Canada Labour Code and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), ensuring full regulatory adherence throughout the duration of the project in Canada Toronto.

The estimated duration for all Welder operations under this Quotation Estimate is three (3) calendar weeks, commencing on July 1, 2025, and concluding by July 21, 2025. Work will be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, at the designated site in Canada Toronto. Any overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate and requires prior written approval from the client.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and pricing are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Canada Toronto.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the Welder work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection sign-off and delivery of all NDT reports.
- All Welder personnel are fully insured under our WSIB coverage and carry valid Ontario occupational health and safety certifications. The client is responsible for providing a safe work environment in compliance with Ontario OHSA regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional Welder hours, or modifications to the project specifications in Canada Toronto will be documented via a formal Change Order and may affect the total cost of this Quotation Estimate.
- All welding work will be performed in strict accordance with CSA W178, CSA W47.1, and applicable CWB standards. Final weld quality will be verified through radiographic testing (RT) and ultrasonic testing (UT) as specified in the project documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural steel material procurement, crane rental, or any civil engineering modifications. These items, if required, will be quoted separately.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Toronto.
