4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Welder service rates and material costs may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Canada Vancouver.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 40% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Welder team's schedule. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced upon completion of all welding and inspection activities. Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.
4.3 Schedule: The Welder engagement is estimated to span fifteen (15) working days, subject to site access, weather conditions typical of Canada Vancouver, and client-approved work sequencing.
4.4 Safety & Compliance: All Welder personnel shall comply with WorkSafeBC regulations, CSA welding standards, and the client's site-specific safety plan. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is included in the rates above.
4.5 Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be documented via a formal Change Order and priced separately before execution.
4.6 Warranty: All welded joints are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship attributable to the Welder team.
4.7 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver.
