- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for Welder labor, equipment rental, and consumables is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon completion of 75% of the welding scope; 10% final payment upon successful NDT sign-off and site demobilization. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Beijing Industrial Welding Solutions Co., Ltd.
- Welder Certification: All Welder personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certifications recognized by the China National Welding Association (CNWA) and, where applicable, AWS or ISO 9606-1 qualifications. Certificates will be presented to the client's site engineer prior to commencement of work.
- Compliance: All welding operations in China Beijing shall comply with the GB/T 985.1 national standard for welded joint preparation, the GB 50661-2011 code for steel structure welding, and all local environmental and occupational safety regulations enforced by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
- Warranty: All weld joints produced under this Quotation Estimate carry a twelve-month defect liability warranty from the date of final acceptance. Any weld failure attributable to workmanship shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the China Beijing construction zone, government-mandated work stoppages, or supply chain disruptions.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Welder services in China Beijing and agrees to the terms outlined herein. This signature authorizes Beijing Industrial Welding Solutions Co., Ltd. to proceed with resource allocation and scheduling upon receipt of the advance payment.
