- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in raw material costs within the China Guangzhou industrial supply chain.
- 2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon delivery of all Welder units to the designated site in Guangzhou; 10% upon successful commissioning and sign-off.
- 3. Delivery: All equipment shall be delivered to the client's facility in Huangpu District, China Guangzhou, within twenty (20) business days of receiving the advance payment. Delivery includes freight, insurance, and unloading assistance.
- 4. Installation & Commissioning: Installation of the Welder units shall be completed within five (5) business days following delivery. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate three-phase power supply (380V/50Hz) and ventilation at the installation site.
- 5. Warranty: All Welder units carry a 24-month warranty from the date of commissioning. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Consumables and damage caused by misuse are excluded.
- 6. Compliance: All supplied Welder equipment meets or exceeds the applicable Chinese national standards (GB) and Guangdong provincial safety regulations. CE and ISO 9001 certifications are provided with each unit.
- 7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.
- 8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions affecting the China Guangzhou region.
