This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the project site and ensuring that all structural elements are ready for welding operations prior to the commencement date.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the commercial invoice. A 40% advance payment is required to confirm the Quotation Estimate and initiate the mobilization of the Welder team. The remaining 60% balance shall be due within fourteen (14) days of final acceptance and sign-off of the completed welding works in China Shanghai.
Shanghai Industrial Welding Solutions Ltd. provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all welding joints executed under this Quotation Estimate. The warranty covers defects in workmanship, porosity, incomplete fusion, and structural integrity failures attributable to the Welder's execution.
