The estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 29 September 2025. The Welder team, comprising four (4) certified welders and one (1) NDT inspector, will be mobilized to the France Marseille site no later than 25 June 2025. All Welder personnel will report to the on-site office located at Zone Industrielle du Littoral for daily coordination. The Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours of 07:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with French statutory working time regulations. Any overtime or weekend work requested by the client will be billed at 1.5x the standard Welder day rate as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Welder services in France Marseille may be subject to revision based on market conditions, material cost fluctuations, or changes in French labour regulations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) weeks of Welder deployment, and 30% upon final project acceptance and submission of all welding documentation.
- All Welder work shall be performed in strict compliance with EN ISO 3834, EN 1090, and applicable French national standards (NF EN). The Quotation Estimate includes the cost of maintaining all necessary certifications and insurance coverage for the Welder team throughout the project duration.
- ProWeld Industrial Services SARL shall maintain full professional liability insurance and employer's liability insurance for all Welder personnel operating in France Marseille, with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Any changes to the scope of Welder work, additional man-days, or modifications to the project schedule in France Marseille will be subject to a formal variation order and a revised Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the Welder services described herein shall be resolved by the competent courts of Marseille, France.
