4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices listed herein are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in welding consumables and labour costs in Germany Berlin.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of week six (mid-project milestone), and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all welded structures. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of WeldTech Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
4.3 Welder Certification & Insurance: The Welder assigned to this project shall maintain valid professional liability insurance and DVS certification throughout the duration of the engagement. Copies of all certificates will be provided to the client prior to commencement of work on site in Germany Berlin.
4.4 Working Hours & Overtime: Standard working hours for the Welder are Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 CET, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Any overtime beyond these hours will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client's site supervisor.
4.5 Health, Safety & Environment: All welding operations in Germany Berlin shall strictly adhere to the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), the DGUV regulations, and the Berlin-specific environmental protection ordinances. The Welder and all supporting personnel will undergo a site-specific safety induction before commencing any hot work.

4.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the availability of welding materials in Germany Berlin.
