The Welder shall commence on-site work at the Germany Frankfurt facility on 14 July 2025 and is expected to complete all assigned welding operations by 12 August 2025, subject to material availability and client-approved inspection hold points. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract acceptance. 4. Terms & Conditions4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Welder services and consumables may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
4.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of 50% of welding operations; 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all NDT reports. Invoices are payable within 14 days net, in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 362).
4.3 Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after the Welder has been mobilised to the Germany Frankfurt site shall incur a mobilisation fee of 15% of the total contract value.
4.4 Insurance & Liability: Rhein-Main Industrial Welding GmbH maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a coverage of € 5,000,000 per occurrence. The Welder is covered under the company's statutory accident insurance (Berufsgenossenschaft).
4.5 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
4.6 Health & Safety: All welding operations in Germany Frankfurt shall comply with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Accident Prevention Regulations (DGUV Vorschrift 1), and the specific site safety plan provided by the client. The Welder shall conduct a daily toolbox talk and maintain a log of all safety observations.
5. Acceptance & AuthorisationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Welder services at the designated location in Germany Frankfurt.
