The Welder team assigned to this project in Germany Munich will consist of four (4) senior welders and one (1) welding engineer/supervisor. Each welder holds a current DVS 100 certification valid for the specific welding processes and material groups involved. The welding engineer will oversee all operations, ensure adherence to the approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and serve as the primary point of contact for the client's site management throughout the project duration.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current material and labour market conditions in the Munich region.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all welding operations, and the remaining 30% within fourteen (14) days of final acceptance and delivery of the quality documentation.
- All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz), DGUV regulations, and the specific safety protocols of the client's facility in Germany Munich.
- The Welder team shall comply with all site-specific induction requirements, including but not limited to personal protective equipment (PPE) standards, hot-work permit procedures, and confined-space entry protocols.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional welding operations, or modifications to the original specifications must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution. Such changes may affect the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty: AlpenSchweiß Technik GmbH provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all weld joints against defects arising from workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by material failure, design errors, or external mechanical damage.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by AlpenSchweiß Technik GmbH.
Subject to the client's approval of this Quotation Estimate and the issuance of a formal work order, the Welder team will mobilise to the Germany Munich site within five (5) business days. The estimated total project duration is twenty-five (25) working days, commencing on the agreed start date and concluding with the final NDT inspection and handover of all documentation.
