Payment for the Welder services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) via bank transfer to the designated account of Accra Industrial Welding Co. Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first 15 working days of Welder deployment in Ghana Accra, and the remaining 30% upon final project completion and sign-off by the client's site engineer. All payments are subject to a 14-day credit period from the date of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Welder labour and materials in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations.
- All Welder personnel deployed to the project site in Ghana Accra shall be covered under the company's comprehensive workmen's compensation insurance as mandated by the National Insurance Authority (NIA) of Ghana.
