- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in raw material costs, labor rates, or prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the welding work, and the remaining 20% within 7 working days of final acceptance and handover of the NDT report.
- All Welder personnel deployed on-site shall hold valid ISI / AWS certification and shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, 2020, as well as Karnataka State Industrial Safety Regulations.
- The client shall provide uninterrupted access to the work area, adequate electrical power supply (three-phase, 415 V, minimum 50 A per welding station), and a safe working environment as per Bangalore municipal by-laws.
- Any additional work, change in scope, or extra welding beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the rates mentioned in Section 2, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- A warranty of 12 months is provided on all welds against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, corrosion due to environmental exposure, or unauthorized modifications after handover.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
