- 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for the Welder services beyond this validity period in India Mumbai shall require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- 2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the Welder work scope, and 20% upon final handover and sign-off in India Mumbai.
- 3. The Welder and supervisory team shall comply with all safety regulations mandated by the Maharashtra State Industrial Safety Authority and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) applicable to welding operations in India Mumbai.
- 4. All welding work shall be executed in accordance with IS 436:2015 (Code of Practice for Arc Welding of Carbon and Low Alloy Steels) and relevant Indian Standards for the specific material being welded.
- 5. The client shall provide a safe and accessible work environment at the India Mumbai site, including adequate ventilation, electrical supply (440V, 3-phase), and necessary scaffolding or work platforms.
- 6. Any additional Welder hours, overtime, or scope changes beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be billed at 1.5x the standard daily rate and require written approval from both parties.
- 7. The Quotation Estimate includes all applicable taxes as per the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India. No additional municipal or state levies shall apply beyond what is stated herein.
- 8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- 9. The Welder team shall maintain a daily work log and submit a weekly progress report to the client's designated representative at the India Mumbai project site.
- 10. Warranty on all welded joints: 12 months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship of the Welder. Material defects are excluded from this warranty.
