Thank you for considering Sharma Welding & Fabrication Services for your structural and industrial welding requirements in India New Delhi. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared after a thorough site assessment conducted on 10 June 2025 at your project premises in the Dwarka Sector 9 area of New Delhi. We are pleased to present our detailed pricing for the engagement of a certified Welder and associated fabrication services as outlined below.
Scope of Work – Welder ServicesThis Quotation Estimate covers the deployment of a skilled Welder (AWS D1.1 / IS 437 certified) for the following tasks at the client's construction site in India New Delhi:
- Structural steel welding for building framework (Mild Steel & SS 304)
- Fabrication and welding of railings, gates, and staircases
- Repair and reinforcement of existing welded joints
- Welding of piping systems (carbon steel, 2-inch to 6-inch diameter)
- Post-weld finishing, grinding, and surface treatment
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – Visual Inspection (VT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT)

Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- The Welder and all support staff shall comply with all applicable safety regulations as mandated by the Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Government of India.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and 20% upon final handover and NDT clearance.
- All welding work shall be executed in strict accordance with IS 437, IS 800, and AWS D1.1 standards. The Welder shall hold valid certification from a recognized Indian body (e.g., NDTI, IIT, or equivalent).
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
- The client shall provide a safe working environment, adequate lighting, ventilation, and access to the work area at the site in New Delhi.
- Warranty: A 12-month warranty is provided on all welded joints against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces, corrosion due to misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
- All rates are inclusive of the Welder's professional fees, equipment usage, and standard consumables. Any special-grade materials requested by the client shall be billed separately.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the client named above for the project located in India New Delhi.
