- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, and shipping tariffs applicable to the Iran Tehran market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon confirmation of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon shipment and presentation of Bill of Lading; 10% upon successful commissioning and acceptance at the Iran Tehran project site.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 45–60 days from the date of confirmed purchase order, inclusive of manufacturing, quality inspection, sea freight transit to Bandar Abbas Port, customs processing, and final delivery to the designated location in Iran Tehran.
- All Welder equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of commissioning. Warranty coverage includes replacement of defective components and remote technical support. On-site warranty service in Iran Tehran will be provided within 10 business days of a valid claim.
- The supplier shall provide full technical support and spare parts availability for a minimum of five (5) years following the initial delivery. Spare parts for the Welder system will be shipped to Iran Tehran within 14 business days of request.
- All equipment complies with international standards (ISO 9409, IEC 60974) and meets the occupational safety requirements mandated by the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade for industrial welding operations in Tehran.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and accepted in writing by the supplier.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to port closures, sanctions-related shipping disruptions, or natural disasters affecting the Iran Tehran region.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or any subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
