The Welder team will be mobilized to the project site in Ivory Coast Abidjan within five (5) business days following receipt of the advance payment. The estimated duration of the welding works is thirty (30) calendar days, subject to site conditions, weather, and client-approved work schedules. Weekly progress reports will be submitted to the client's project manager. Any delays caused by factors outside the control of the Welder crew (e.g., site access restrictions, material shortages, or force majeure events) will be communicated in writing within 48 hours and will not be considered a breach of this Quotation Estimate.
4. Terms and Conditions4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are subject to revision if raw material costs fluctuate by more than 10% prior to contract signing.
4.2 — All Welder personnel shall comply with the occupational health and safety regulations of the Republic of Ivory Coast. 4.4 — A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all structural welds performed under this Quotation Estimate. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, corrosion, or external mechanical impact.
4.5 — Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
4.6 — This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The Welder services described herein are contingent upon the client's written acceptance of this document.
