The Welder assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in structural steel welding, with valid certifications in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and SMAW processes. The Welder must possess a current qualification certificate recognized under the Kazakhstan national standard ST RK 2552 and the international ISO 9606-1 framework. Upon arrival at the Kazakhstan Almaty project site, the Welder will undergo a site-specific safety induction, a practical welding test on the designated material grade (S355JR structural steel), and a formal sign-off by the project's Welding Quality Control Inspector before commencing production work.
