3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Welder services in Kenya Nairobi is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
3.2 Payment Terms: A mobilization advance of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be payable upon signing of the service agreement. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal monthly instalments upon completion of each project phase, as verified by the Welder Foreman's progress report.

East Africa Welding Solutions Ltd. shall maintain full public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Welder staff.
3.5 Warranty: All welding work performed by our Welder team in Kenya Nairobi carries a twelve-month defect liability warranty. Any weld failure attributable to workmanship within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
