Thank you for the opportunity to submit this Quotation Estimate for professional Welder services to be deployed at your construction and fabrication site located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. Al-Nakheel Industrial Services W.L.L. is a fully licensed and certified industrial services provider operating across the State of Kuwait, and we are pleased to offer our qualified welding workforce and associated support services for your upcoming structural steel and piping fabrication project.
This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in full compliance with Kuwaiti industrial safety regulations, the Kuwait Fire Force requirements, and the applicable standards set forth by the Kuwait Institute of Standards and Metrology (KIM). All Welder personnel assigned under this estimate hold valid certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS) and the International Institute of Welding (IIW), and possess the necessary work permits and civil defense approvals required to operate within Kuwait, Kuwait City.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the provision of certified Welder personnel, welding consumables, portable welding equipment, and on-site supervision for a period of ninety (90) calendar days at the client's designated project site in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The work includes but is not limited to structural steel fabrication, pipe welding (Schedule 40 and 80), stainless steel welding, and repair welding of existing infrastructure. All welding operations shall be conducted in accordance with AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- All Welder personnel shall be provided with valid Kuwaiti work permits, civil defense cards, and medical fitness certificates prior to commencing work on site.
- The client shall provide a safe and accessible work environment, adequate lighting, and electrical power supply (3-phase, 380V) at the project location in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first 45 days of service, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion and handover of all welding work.
- Any additional welding work beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
- All Welder personnel shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health regulations of the State of Kuwait and the client's site-specific safety plan.
- Warranty: All welds shall carry a twelve (12) month warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of final acceptance, provided the welds are not subjected to unauthorized modification or excessive mechanical stress.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural steel materials, pipe stock, or any third-party engineering design services.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions exceeding 50°C ambient temperature (as per Kuwaiti labor law), may result in adjusted working hours without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Welder services to be performed in Kuwait, Kuwait City, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
